Diud Studio SRL records the personal data that you enter in the newsletter subscription form and in the contact form for appointments.
The requested personal data is used to inform you about our services, promotional offers, useful information and events, to resolve special requests, questions and to communicate any complaints.
Other data may be used to determine the demographic profile of its users, market studies, but also other types of statistics.
This data provides information about the name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of subscription and unsubscription to the newsletter, date of viewing a personalized message and date on which a link in the personalized message is opened.
The data is stored, processed and transmitted by Diud Studio SRL in compliance with applicable legislation regarding the confidentiality and security of personal data.
Diud Studio SRL will ensure that your personal data is kept safe, and their transmission to third parties will not be done without your prior consent, and only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from them.
By completing any form made available on the website www.diud.ro, you express your express agreement to the collection and processing of personal data by Diud Studio SRL, both manually and automatically, in order to be contacted by us regarding your request, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – GDPR.

When filling out the forms available on www.diud.ro, Diud Studio SRL will collect personal data, providing information regarding the purpose of collecting each personal data requested.
Diud Studio SRL may also receive and record on its servers information regarding the IP address and cookie information of the requested site. You have the option to set your internet browser so that it rejects certain cookies. In this case, however, there will be a negative impact on your browsing on the Diud Studio SRL websites.
For users subscribed to the newsletter who no longer wish to receive information by email, it is necessary to send an email to the address: office@diud.ro and your data will be deleted from our newsletter database.
Your rights
Diud Studio SRL, as a personal data controller, has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with the rights of site users (data subjects under the GDPR), namely:
Right of access – the right of the data subject to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, access to that data and information on how the data are being processed.
Right to data portability – the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have these data transmitted directly to another controller, if this is technically feasible.
Right to object – the right of the data subject to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest or when it is based on a legitimate interest of the controller. Where the processing of personal data is for the purpose of direct marketing, the data subject shall in particular have the right to object to the processing at any time.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – the data subject has the right to request that personal data concerning him or her be erased without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; he or she withdraws his or her consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; he or she objects to the processing and there are no overriding legal groundstime which prevails; the personal data have been processed unlawfully; the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation; the personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
The right to restriction of processing may be exercised if the person contests the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the verification of the correctness of the data; the processing is unlawful, and the person opposes the deletion of the personal data, requesting the restriction instead; if the operator no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but the person requests them for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court; if the person has opposed the processing for the period of time in which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the person concerned.

Protection of personal data. Data retention period
Diud Studio SRL will not disclose personal data collected through the clinic’s websites, except to authorized employees and contractors/partners who need this data to process it on behalf of Diud Studio SRL or to provide services available on the Diud Studio SRL website or if the obligation to disclose represents a legal obligation of Diud Studio SRL or its employees or contractors/partners.
Diud Studio SRL has implemented the necessary organizational and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
Diud Studio SRL, together with its collaborators, has assumed the responsibility of implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures regarding the protection of confidentiality and security of personal data.
At the same time, Diud Studio SRL grants access to personal data to authorized employees and contractors/partners only in accordance with the declared purpose of data collection. All employees, collaborators and service providers of Diud Studio SRL, who come into contact with personal data, must act in accordance with the principles of the policies and procedures for confidentiality and security of personal data by signing confidentiality statements and agreements regarding these data.
The personal data of users of Diud Studio SRL websites are retained for a period of 10 years (depending on the purpose of collecting personal data), users being informed of the retention period.
